1. Sunset Sensation shall not be held any responsibilities for lost or damages incurred during delivery.
Please refer to the left column for the different prices for mails. We would recommend registered mail if you want it to reach you safely!

2. Once order is confirmed and payment is made, there will be no cancellation of order and refund of payment.

3. All items sold are non-refundable or exchangeable. The items are carefully check to be in good condition before sending out.

4. Colors & measurements shown in photographs may differ slightly from actual item due to lighting of camera, do request for clearer pictures and it will be given to you for reaffirmation.

6. All items are first come and first served basis, once you have made a reservation we will give you 48 hours to make the purchase.

7. Failing to make payment, item will be given to next available customer.

8. Items will be sent out within 24 hours after payment has been made. Please wait for 3 working days for the parcel to arrive.

9. If you would opt for self-collect, email us and we will discuss but it is only agreeable if we can arrange a suitable time and location.

10. All email enquiries will be replied within 24 hours!
